Frequently Asked Questions

Dropshot utilizes CourtReserve to book courts and sign up to play. You can download the free app on your Apple or Android device, or you can Book A Court to create your free account and make a reservation using the CourtReserve website.

Reservations can be canceled in CourtReserve with 24 hours notice. Reservations canceled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a credit on their CourtReserve app which can be used for future reservations. A detailed version of our cancelation policy can be found on the CourtReserve app.

We have different options to play at different costs. A full list of our rates is available on our Rates page.

Our hours vary throughout the year. For the most up to date hours for any specific day check the CourtReserve app or you can Book A Court.

“Open Play” is regular scheduled, organized play where players can show up to play without a partner. Groups are organized by skill level and players rotate in and out each game. Open play is never scheduled with more than 6 players per court, so there is very little down time where you are not on the court playing.

Yes! We have larger Intro to Pickleball group classes, as well as smaller 1-4 people private lessons. You can Book A Court for more details and availability.

Yes! In addition to 9 courts we have over 8,000 square feet of space available for parties and group events. View our Private Events page for more information.

There are large clean restrooms for use as well as smaller private restrooms that can also be used as a changing room. We also do have a private shower available. Each court has cubbies to store your stuff while you play. If you prefer there are lockers available, you just need to provide a lock if you would like to lock up your possessions while you are playing.

We provide paddles and balls for sale or rent, however, you do need indoor court shoes that are free from outdoor debris (Snow, Salt, Mud).

Yes, we do have a pro shot with everything you need to play for sale or rent. That way you can try out the game before you make a big commitment. Want to try out a paddle before you buy? We offer that too.

You will want to use outdoor balls for play at dropshot. We are an indoor club, but we use professional outdoor courts. If you do not have outdoor pickleballs we have them for sale in our pro shop.
